Uniflex oil-based glazier's putty, paintable, 2 kg

Oil-based glazier's putty Uniflex is intended for repairing minor irregularities. On the surface, it dries within 24 hours and is paintable after 14 days. It is used for fixing and sealing sheet glass in wooden and metal frames. The wooden frame must be free of all mechanical impurities and must be primed and painted with a base coat before glazing. Glazier's putty is applied in a thin layer into the rebate and the glass pane is positioned to adhere fully. The glass is secured with clips and the putty is pressed into the rebate with a glazier's knife, in which the glass is laid. After filling the rebate, the surface of the putty is smoothed out.

Applying the glazier's putty:
With a special glazier's knife or spatula.

Thinner for glazier's putty:
Linseed oil varnish.

Color of the glazier's putty:
Gray-beige

Consistency of glazier's putty:
Butter-like, suitable for application, must not drip from the spatula.

Dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers in a binder, which consists of drying and semi-drying oils.
