Description Uniflex oil-based glazing putty, paintable, 2 kg
Uniflex oil-based glazing putty for repairing minor imperfections. The putty dries to the touch within 24 hours and is paintable after 14 days. For sealing and securing glass panes into wooden and metal frames. The wooden frame must be free of all mechanical impurities and must be primed and painted before glazing. Glazing putty is applied in a thin layer into the rabbet, and the glass pane is set to adhere over the entire surface. The glass is secured with clips, and the putty is pressed into the rabbet with a glazing knife where the glass is seated. After filling the rabbet, the surface of the putty is smoothed.

With a special glazing knife or a spatula.

Linseed oil varnish.
