Soudal Stucco Filler, paintable, white, 280 ml

Soudal Stucco Acrylic Filler is a special acrylic filler that is paintable, which creates a grainy structure after application. It is intended for repairs and joints in masonry, plaster surfaces, and other porous substrates. You can use it both indoors and outdoors.

Characteristics of Soudal Stucco Filler:

• Very easy to use,
• coarse grain structure,
• characterized by color fastness, resistant to weather conditions after curing,
• excellent adhesion to porous substrates,
• paintable after curing.

Examples of Soudal Stucco Filler usage:

• Filling joints and cracks on facades,
• repairing cracks on grainy surfaces,
• retouching repairs on grainy surfaces,
• finishing coarse grouting around installed elements,
• the aforementioned joints up to ±10% expansions.

Technical data of Soudal Stucco Filler:

• Base acrylic dispersion.
• Consistency paste.
• Curing system physical drying.
• Skin formation (20 °C/65 % r.h.) approximately 20 minutes.
• Shrinkage about 15%.
• Specific weight about 1.70 g/ml.
• Temperature resistance -20 °C to +80 °C.

Substrates:

Suitable substrates: all building materials with a porous structure. Condition of the substrate: dry, clean, free from dust and grease. Preparation: thoroughly clean the surface, remove loose particles. It is recommended to test adhesion in every case beforehand.

Working procedure:

Application: with a caulking gun (pneumatic or manual). Prepare the surface with a finishing trowel before skin formation. You can adjust the surface of the applied filler with a damp sponge to enhance the grainy appearance. Working temperature: work at temperatures of +5 °C to +30 °C. Cleaning: can be cleaned with water before curing. After curing, it is washable with water, paintable with any colors, and can only be removed mechanically. Repairs: Stucco filler.

Warning:

Do not use where there is a risk of permanent exposure to water. Do not apply if rain or frost is imminent. It is paintable with most available colors. The topcoat must be sufficiently flexible because it will be applied on a flexible-plastic filler. We recommend testing the compatibility of the paint and filler before the actual painting.
