Modern single-component adhesive based on MS polymer with instant fixation and exceptionally high initial bonding strength of up to 500 kg/m2. Specifically developed for bonding without the need for joint fixation – holds instantly. Cures by vulcanization of atmospheric moisture, creating a high-strength, elastic bond.
Properties
- Instant bonding strength up to 500 kg/m2
- High final strength of 22 kg/cm2 (220,000 kg/m2)
- High-modulus
- Fast curing, odorless
- High adhesion to substrates – even on slightly damp surfaces
- Permanently flexible, resistant to moisture and water (waterproof bond), weather conditions
- Free of isocyanates, solvents, phthalates, and silicone
- After curing, can be painted with suitable paints (excluding alkyd resins)
- Bonded items do not need to be fixed. Joints “hold” without the use of clamps and supports
Uses
- Bonding structural waterproof joints in the construction and machinery industries
- Bonding indoors and outdoors of buildings
- Bonding structural parts of cars, buses, caravans, passenger coaches
- Bonding body parts – metal to metal (absorbs vibrations)
- Bonding stainless steel, aluminum, copper, lead, glass, PS, PUR, PVC and some types of plastics, concrete, ceramic tiles, enamel, mirrors, wood, masonry, drywall, etc.
- Bonding staircases, window sills, floor strips, cladding elements, etc.
