Description Duvilax BD-20 additive for construction mixtures, 5 kg
Plasticized dispersion of polyvinyl acetate, which is used in construction as a plasticizing and foaming additive for mortars, plasters, cement screeds and other construction mixtures in an amount up to 5% by weight of cement, or lime. It improves workability of the mixture, increases adhesion, flexibility, final strength, and reduces water permeability.
It is added to the mixture together with the mixing water. It is used for the production of interior coating materials, where it serves as a dispersive binder and ensures abrasion resistance. Diluted Duvilax BD - 20 with water in a ratio of 1:4 can be used for penetration or soaking absorbent substrates before applying construction cement or dispersion adhesives and levelling compounds.
Undiluted, it serves for gluing paper, cardboard, etc. in the paper or printing industry or for gluing textile wallpapers indoors. It complies with EN 934-3: 2003, T.2 - plasticizing and foaming additives for masonry mortars.
