Duvilax BD-20 additive for construction mixtures, 5 kg

Plasticized polyvinyl acetate dispersion used in construction as a plasticizer and aerating additive for mortars, plasters, cement screeds, and other construction mixtures in an amount of up to 5% based on the weight of cement or lime. It improves the workability of the mixture, increases adhesion, flexibility, final strength, and reduces water permeability.

It is added to the mixture together with mixing water. It is used to produce interior coatings where it acts as a dispersing binder and ensures abrasion resistance. Diluted Duvilax BD - 20 with water in a ratio of 1:4 can be used for priming or saturating absorbent substrates before applying construction cement or dispersion adhesives and leveling compounds.

Undiluted it is used for gluing paper, cardboard, etc. in the paper or printing industry or for gluing textile wallpapers indoors. It complies with EN 934-3: 2003, T.2 - plasticizing and aerating additives for masonry mortars.
