Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, gypsum board, fiberboard and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (complies with the requirements of WTA CZ directive no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates with combinations, e.g., mineral plasters and gypsum board. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can withstand temperatures around 70 °C for a short time. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Applying paint Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on a specific device beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological infestation (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 to +30 °C during application and within 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is made with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a primer A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of gypsum board and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates, with the product UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-dusting, low-absorbent original coating film, the priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1–2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. On new or significantly color-different substrates, additional covering coats can be applied as needed.
