Wear-resistant dispersion tinted paint Het Klasic Color is recommended for living and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, and stores. It is suitable for coating masonry, mineral, plaster, and repair plasters, concrete monoliths and panels, wood fiber, gypsum fiber, and drywall boards, designated paper wallpapers, or wallpapers made of fiberglass, etc.

Uses of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, drywall, gypsum fiber, and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binding, repair plasters (meets the requirements of WTA CZ directive no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of cover layers on repair plasters from the perspective of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specifically designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. It is also suitable for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to dry abrasion.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can withstand temperatures of around 70 °C for a short period. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, and retail spaces, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on substrate absorbency and structure, and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to pre-test with specific equipment.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological infestation (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and within 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A priming coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, and in the case of drywall and other less absorbent or extremely smooth substrates, with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-flaking, little-absorbent original coating film, a priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. On new or significantly differently tinted substrates, more covering coats are applied as needed.
