Application of Het Klasic Color:

For indoor painting of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard, and wood fiberboards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of the WTA CZ directive No. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for painting surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and to abrasion by dry substances.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dry coating can withstand temperatures of around 70 °C for a short time. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, corridors, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one coat depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Applying Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – using paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brushes; small areas - with a brush; large area applications – by AIRLESS or HVLP spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, coherent, free of dirt and biological infestation (molds, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A primer coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agents A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, and for drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-dusting, low-absorbent original coating film, it is not necessary to perform a primer coat. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat has dried, 1-2 coverage coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly color-different substrates, more coverage coats can be applied as needed.
