Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiber cement and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirements of directive WTA CZ No. 2-9-04/D, Tab. 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters with regard to permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, glass fiber wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates with a combination of for example mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and abrasion from dry substances.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can withstand temperatures of around 70 °C for a short period. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Yield of paint Het Klasic Color:
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of paint Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by AIRLESS spraying, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be in the range of +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A primer coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or a penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other poorly absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-powdering, poorly absorbent original coating film, the primer coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with inadequate adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat has dried, apply 1–2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. On new or significantly color-different substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
