Uses of Het Klasic Color:

For indoor wall and ceiling paints, lime, lime-cement, plaster-lime, and plaster plasters, drywall, fiberboard, and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (complies with the requirements of WTA CZ Directive No. 2-9-04/D, Table 4 limiting the use of cover layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also for application on substrates with a combination of, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for painting surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating forms a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating withstands temperatures around 70 °C for a short time. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Applying Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application - with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush for small areas; large area application - by spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological contamination (mold, moss), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A priming coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of drywall and other low absorbent or extremely smooth substrates, with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-crumbling, low-absorbent original coating film, a priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats are applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For new or significantly different colored substrates, additional covering coats may be applied as needed.
