Het Hetmal Plus paint, 7 + 1 kg

White interior dispersion paint Het Hetmal Plus with high covering capacity is recommended for use in residential and commercial interiors, offices, hallways, schools, and industrial facilities. Het Hetmal Plus is suitable for internal coatings of ceilings and walls, lime and lime-cement plasters, concrete panels, and monoliths or specially designed paper wallpapers. The paint can also be used for repainting older solid layers of interior paintings. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into direct incidental or indirect contact with food. The created coating has a matte and vapor-permeable character, resists normal room humidity and wear by dry cloth. The painted surface must not be permanently exposed to water or condensing moisture. The dry coating can withstand short-term temperature loads of around 70 °C. Het Hetmal Plus paint is used for painting living rooms, commercial spaces, schools, offices, hallways, and industrial operations. Higher whiteness 93% (MgO), high yield, matte appearance, resistance to dry abrasion, vapor permeability, easy tinting.

Shade:
white, tinting can be performed using HETCOLOR tinting colors (maximum ratio of 1:5 to paint)

Yield:
8 - 12 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer

Drying time:
at least 4 hours at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity

Application:
with a brush, paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), small areas with a brush, large surface application by AIRLESS spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specific equipment beforehand. The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must range from +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological infestations (molds, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Example of the application procedure:

1. Before application, the paint must always be properly mixed. When mixing, make sure there is no air penetrating the mass and no foaming of the paint.
2. A priming coat is applied using paint diluted with 0.5 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For smooth substrates, a penetrating agent UP-GRUND is used for the priming coat, and very absorbent substrates are primed with A-GRUND or AT-GRUND products. If the substrate is cohesive, non-desiccating, and has low absorbency from a previous coat, the priming coat is not necessary. Layers
   of old coatings with insufficient adhesion must be scraped beforehand. Stains from leaked water, rust, soot, aniline dyes, or nicotine must first be covered with an isolating coat I-GRUND or in case of more intense staining with HETLINE IZOL paint.
3. After the priming coat has dried, apply 1 to 2, or more if necessary for new or significantly different substrates, covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. WARNING: excessive dilution of the paint reduces its coverage and may worsen the paint's properties.
4. All tools must be protected against drying during work breaks and cleaned with water after use. Dirty spots should be washed with water immediately, as dried paint is difficult to remove. Ensure thorough ventilation during application and drying.
