Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior painting of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, plasterboard, cellulose fiberboard and wood fiberboard, plasters with an acrylic binder, restoration plasters (meets the requirements of WTA CZ directive no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of cover layers on restoration plasters in terms of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, paper wallpapers designed for this purpose, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and plasterboard. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Paint coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one coat depending on absorbency and structure of the substrate and thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large-scale application – by AIRLESS spraying, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct prior tests on specific equipment.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological attack (molds, algae), not saline, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. Primer coat applied with paint diluted with a max of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of plasterboard and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is non-shedding, low-absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat has dried, apply 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with a max of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. On new or significantly differently colored substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
