Het Mikral 100 facade smooth paint for outdoor coatings of lime, lime-cement and briquette plasters, plasters with acrylic binder, masonry, for decorative coatings of vertical concrete structures, etc. The coating creates a matte, vapor-permeable, fully washable surface, resistant to weather, acid rain, and industrial emissions. The paint is suitable for coatings of both new and old mineral plasters, for renovation coatings of acrylic facade paints, for unifying or renovation coatings of contact insulation systems with a finish of acrylic thin-layer plaster. The paint film must not be in constant contact with water and rising moisture.

Shades:
white, tinting can be done with HETCOLOR tinting colors (only shades suitable for outdoor use). The bases are intended for tinting using tinting machines of the HET color systems.

Thinner:
water (potable)

Application:
recommended application – with facade painting rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by AIRLESS spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specified equipment beforehand.

Coverage:
approximately 7 m² per 1 kg of paint in one layer. The coverage may vary depending on the absorbency and texture of the substrate, application technique, thickness of the applied layer, and other factors. The exact coverage for a specific substrate must be determined on a test area.

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological infestations (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; testing can be done with a pH tester). On new plasters, it is necessary to remove loose grains of sand (by sanding or sweeping).

Example of application procedure:

1. A priming coat is applied with a penetrating agent according to the instructions for use. In the case of absorbent rough substrates, it is best to use the deep penetrating agent AT-GRUND, and for smooth or less absorbent substrates, the pigmented penetrating agent UP-GRUND. Universal penetrating agents A-GRUND or 100-GRUND can also be used. The priming coat should be allowed to dry completely for at least 12 - 24 hours.
2. After the priming coat has dried, apply 2, and for new or significantly differently colored substrates, more if necessary, coverage coats with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.05 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. WARNING: excessive dilution of the paint reduces coverage and may lead to deterioration of the paint's parameters. Before application, the paint must be well mixed. During mixing, care should be taken to prevent air from penetrating into the mass and causing the paint to foam.
3. All tools should be protected from drying out during work breaks and washed with water after work. Soiled areas should be washed with water immediately, as dried paint is difficult to remove.
