Het Fasadin facade paint with fine grain, white, 7 kg

Het Fasadin is an exterior paint for mineral, lime-cement, and břízolit plasters, plasters with acrylic binding, masonry, for decorative coatings of vertical concrete structures, etc. The coating creates a matte, fine-grained, vapor-permeable, fully washable surface, resistant to weathering, acidic rains, and industrial emissions.
The paint is suitable for both new and old mineral plasters, for renovation coatings of acrylic facade paints, for unifying or renovation coatings of contact insulation systems with a surface finish of acrylic thin-layer plaster. The coating film must not be in permanent contact with water and rising moisture.

Shades:
white, tinting can be done with HETCOLOR tinting colors (only shades suitable for exteriors). The paint can also be tinted using tinting machines in HET color systems to pastel shades.

Diluent:
water (drinking)

Application:
recommended application – with facade painting rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas – with a brush.

Coverage:
approximately 5 m² per 1 kg of paint in one layer. Coverage may vary depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate, application technique, thickness of the applied layer, and other factors. The exact coverage for a specific substrate must be determined on a test area.

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; testing can be done with a pH tester). In the case of new plasters, loose grains of sand must be removed (by sanding or sweeping).

Example of application procedure:

1. the primer is applied using a penetrating preparation according to the instructions for use. For absorbent rough substrates, it is best to use the deep penetrating preparation AT-GRUND, for smooth or less absorbent substrates, a pigmented penetrating preparation UP-GRUND. Universal penetrating preparations A-GRUND or 100-GRUND can also be used. The primer should be left to dry completely for at least 12 - 24 hours.
2. after the primer has dried, apply 2, or in the case of new or significantly color-different substrates, more, covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.05 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. NOTE: excessive dilution of the paint reduces coverage and may worsen the paint's parameters. Before application, the paint must be properly mixed. When mixing, care must be taken to prevent air from entering the mixture and to avoid foaming the paint.
3. protect all tools during work breaks against drying out and wash them with water after use. Clean areas immediately with water, as dried paint is difficult to remove.
