Usage of Het Klasic Color:

For interior coatings of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of the WTA CZ directive No. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, paper wallpapers designed for it, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also, for application on substrates with a combination of, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into incidental and direct contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard moisture in rooms and resistant to abrasion by dry substances.

The painted surface should not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dry coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Applying Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – using paint rollers (polyester, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specific device beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological attack (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the mass, environment, and substrate must be within the range of +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A primer coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a priming agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other less absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-sprayable, slightly absorbent original coating film, a primer coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adherence are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly differently colored substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
