Tinted dispersion abrasion-resistant paint Het Klasic Color is designed for residential and commercial interiors, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, and shops. It is suitable for coatings of mineral, plaster, and renovation plasters, masonry, concrete panels and monoliths, drywall, cement-bonded and wood-fiber boards, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc.

The paint is ready for immediate application, characterized by high coverage and easy workability, a matte appearance, resistance to dry abrasion, and excellent vapor permeability. It can also be used on renovation system plasters. Available in 16 color shades.

Use of Het Klasic Color:

For indoor wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, drywall, cement-bonded and wood-fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (complies with the requirements of directive WTA CZ no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also for application on substrates with a combination, e.g., mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect or direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can withstand temperatures of around 70 °C for a short time. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Paint coverage Het Klasic Color:
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by AIRLESS spraying, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of impurities and biological infestation (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A primer coat is made with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a primer preparation A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of drywall and other less absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with preparation UP-GRUND. If the substrate has a non-flaking, low-absorbent original coating film, primer coating is not necessary. Layers of old coats with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the primer has dried, 1–2 coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. In the case of new or significantly color-different substrates, more coats may need to be applied as needed.
