Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard, and wood-fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ Directive No. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of surface layers on renovation plasters in terms of water vapor permeability), concrete panels and monoliths, designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates that combine, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and abrasion from dry materials.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large-scale application – by AIRLESS spraying, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct preliminary tests on the specific equipment.

Substrate:
Dry, coherent, free from dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is made with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates, with UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-porous, low-absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with inadequate adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the primer has dried, apply 1–2 topcoats with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For new or significantly differently colored substrates, more topcoats may be applied as needed.
