Acrylic filler for indoor and outdoor plaster for indoor and outdoor use for minor repairs of granular surfaces, particularly plaster finishes. For repairing unevenness, filling small non-dilating cracks on facades, repairing corners of plasters, retouching repairs of granular surfaces, etc. Ready for immediate use.
Application:
Single-component, paintable special filler based on acrylic that creates a surface with a granular structure mimicking plaster. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use for minor repairs of granular surfaces, primarily plaster finishes. For repairing unevenness, filling small non-dilating cracks on facades, repairing corners of plasters, retouching repairs of granular surfaces, etc. The filler is ready for immediate use. The product meets the requirements for surfaces that may come into indirect contact with food. Not recommended for grouting and in areas with high mechanical stress. Filled areas must not be in constant contact with water and rising moisture.
Diluent:
drinking water
Application method:
With a spatula, trowel, or stainless steel float. Surface finishing with a washing sponge, felt, or foam.
Sanding:
Sanding is not very suitable due to the coarse fillers; if necessary, it can be sanded with sandpaper or sanding mesh.
Substrate:
dry, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester), cohesive, unsalted, solid, degreased, free of dust, dirt, and non-cohesive layers, without dynamic cracks and joints, without biological contamination (mold, algae). Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion must be removed, for example, by scraping. For plasters, loose grains of sand must be removed (by sanding and/or sweeping). To improve adhesion of the filler to the substrate, it is advisable to apply a penetrating primer A-GRUND, AT-GRUND, 100-GRUND, or UP-GRUND. Metal elements protruding into the treated surface must be treated with an anti-corrosive coating (for example, anti-corrosive paint AQUADECOL PRIMER) before filling.
Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C (better +8 to +25 °C) during application and for 24 hours (better 48 hours) after application. Do not apply if frost or rain is imminent.
