Shade:
White, tinting can be done using HETCOLOR tinting colors or KOLORKA tinting agents (max. in a ratio of 1 : 5 parts paint), or by mixing with the KLASIK COLOR product.
Coverage:
6 – 10 m²/kg in one coat depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and thickness of the applied layer.
Application:
Using a roller, brush, Airless spraying, and HVLP
Application procedure:
1. For low absorbent and extremely smooth substrates (drywall, gypsum compounds, etc.) a priming coat is applied using the primer UP-GRUND, for very absorbent substrates, the A-GRUND or AT-GRUND products. If the paint is used as a priming coat, it is diluted with water from 0.3 l to 0.5 l per 1 kg of paint depending on the application technique used (roller, brush). If the substrate is a non-dusty, low absorbent existing paint film, a priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with max. 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or distinctly different shade substrates, additional covering coats may be applied as necessary.
You may find covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering film, or evensandpaper. Don't forget brushes and rollers.
