Het whipped lightweight filler, a special extra lightweight filling material for sealing joints, cracks, and leveling substrates (mineral and gypsum plasters, concrete panels, masonry, drywall) in interiors and exteriors, local repairs of holes, filling and aligning straight and angled joints in strips or panel connections, repairs of cracks in apartments in panel houses and in drywall constructions, excellent for repairing damaged corners.

Characteristics of Het whipped lightweight filler:

• Non-dripping, does not crack, easy to smooth,
• minimal volume contraction,
• does not require sanding,
• does not shrink after drying,
• for interior and exterior use.

Shade:
non-standard white

Consumption:
depends on the nature and extent of the substrate defect

Drying time:
min. 4 - 24 hours at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity

Thinner:
not diluted. The dry appearance of the filler is not a drawback; it will soften by mixing, the filler can optionally be slightly moistened with water (max. 1 teaspoon of water per 250 ml of product).

Application:
with a trowel or spatula

Substrate:
dry, mature (pH ≤8.5; checked with pH tester), cohesive, non-salted, solid, degreased, free from dust, dirt and loose layers, without biological infestation (mold, algae). Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion must be removed, for example, by scraping. For plasters, remove loose grains of sand (by sanding and/or sweeping). To improve the adhesion of the filler to the substrate, it is advisable to apply a primer like A-GRUND, AT-GRUND, or 100-GRUND. Metal elements protruding into the treated surface must be treated with an anti-corrosion coating (for example, anti-corrosion paint AQUADECOL PRIMER) before filling.

Application temperature:
the temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C (better +8 to +25 °C) during application and for 24 hours (preferably 48 hours) after application.

Example of application procedure:

1. absorbent substrate should be primed with A-GRUND, 100-GRUND, or AT-GRUND according to the instructions. The primer should be allowed to dry completely.
2. the filler is mixed (the dry appearance on the surface is not a drawback; mixing will soften the filler, and the filler can optionally be slightly moistened with water – max. 1 teaspoon of water per 250 ml of product).
3. the filler is applied in one or more layers at intervals of about 4 - 24 hours (depending on the amount applied, temperature, humidity, absorbency of the substrate, and other factors). Usually, one layer is sufficient. Right after application, the filler can be shaped and smoothed out.
4. tools and contaminated areas must be immediately washed with water.
5. the filler should be left to dry until completely dry (min. 24 hours or longer; drying time is highly dependent on layer thickness, substrate absorbency, temperature, and humidity). It is recommended to prime the filled areas again before painting, preferably with UP-GRUND or with A-GRUND, AT-GRUND, or 100-GRUND.
6. After drying, dispersive coatings such as products from the KLASIK, HETLINE, or BRILLANT range can be applied. Lime and silicate paints or paints without sufficient content of dispersive binder cannot be used on filled surfaces.
