Usage Het Klasic Color:

For indoor wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, drywall, cement-fiber, and wood-fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binder, renovation plasters (meets the requirements of WTA CZ directive no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designed paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates with a combination of e.g. mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coat can briefly withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of the paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color paint:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; this can be checked with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is applied with paint diluted with max. 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint or with a penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other less absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-powdering, less absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with max. 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly differently colored substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
