Het A-Grund universal penetration, 10 kg

Universal penetrating coating designed for silicone, acrylic, and siloxane paints and other materials.

Advantages:
impregnating coating suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, unifies different substrate absorbency, strengthens the surface, improves the adhesion of subsequent coatings, and is ready for direct use.

Application:
as a primer before applying acrylic, silicone, siloxane, latex interior, and facade paints, acrylic fillers, and adhesives on mineral substrates, particularly on lime-cement plasters

Coverage:
5 - 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological infestation (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Example of the application procedure:

1. The basic penetrating coating is applied with the A-GRUND product in one layer and left to dry for 24 hours. Any stains from infiltrated water, rust, soot, aniline dyes, or nicotine are covered with the insulating coating I-GRUND or, for more intense cases, with the paint HETLINE IZOL.
2. After the primer has dried, cover coats are applied with paint (according to the specific instructions for use)
3. All tools should be protected against drying during work breaks and washed with water after work. Contaminated areas should be washed immediately with water, as dried coating material is difficult to remove. During application and drying indoors, ensure thorough ventilation.
