Het A-Grund Universal Penetration, 10 kg

Universal penetrating coating for acrylic, silicone and siloxane paints and other materials.

Advantages:
impregnating coating for indoor and outdoor use, unifying varying absorbency of the substrate, strengthening of the substrate, increasing adhesion of additional coatings, ready for immediate use.

Application:
as a primer before applying acrylic, silicone, siloxane, latex interior and façade paints, acrylic sealants and adhesives on mineral substrates, primarily on lime-cement plasters

Coverage:
5 - 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological attacks (mold, algae), unsalted, grease-free, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Example application procedure:

1. The base penetrating coat is applied with the product A-GRUND in one layer and left to dry for 24 hours. Any stains from leaking water, rust, soot, aniline dyes or nicotine should be covered with the insulating coating I-GRUND or, if more intense, with paint HETLINE IZOL.
2. After the base coat has dried, apply the top coats with paint (according to the specific instructions for use)
3. Protect all tools during work breaks from drying out and wash them with water after work. Immediately wash any contaminated areas with water, as dried coating material is difficult to remove. During application and drying indoors, ensure thorough ventilation.
