SOICRAT adhesive bridge V2027, 1 kg

Universal primer based on water-based acrylic resins containing silica fillers and other special additives. To improve the adhesion of subsequent layers of smoothing and leveling compounds or construction adhesives for floors (concrete, ceramics, natural stone, old non-absorbent tiles) and building materials (brick, autoclaved aerated blocks, plasters, screeds, etc.) in interiors and exteriors, and as a primer under epoxy and polyurethane coatings.

Surface preparation for SOICRAT adhesive bridge:

Surfaces intended for application must be perfectly clean, dry, matured, free of oils and fats, dried cement milk, and loose particles. It must not be applied on substrates with rising moisture.

Example of application procedure for SOICRAT adhesive bridge:

The coating material must be well mixed before application so that no sediment remains at the bottom, can be diluted with a maximum of 10% water. The application temperature is +5 °C to +35 °C. It can be applied with a roller, brush, or in some cases by spraying. After drying, it is possible to continue with the application of plaster or leveling screed. Drying time varies depending on environmental conditions and substrate absorbency, ranging from 1 to 5 hours. It can be applied even after a longer time.

With a brush and roller - recommended consistency 60-80s / Ford cup 4 mm; up to 10% dilution.

Shelf life of SOICRAT adhesive bridge:

The product retains its functional properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C. During transport and storage, protect from frost!
