SOICRAT penetration concentrate 2802A, 1 kg

Universal penetrating primer for absorbent substrates (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.) to reduce absorbency while improving the adhesion of the top coat of dispersion paint (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylic, Bakrylex lacquer). It also improves the properties of mortars and concretes.

Soicrat construction penetration is used to improve the properties of all construction mixtures that contain cement or hydrated lime or can be diluted with water as a penetrating primer.

Examples of working procedures for concentrate penetration 2802A:

1. Pentrating absorbent substrates:
   One part of SOICRAT diluted with 3 to 15 parts of water (the more absorbent the substrate, the more we dilute).
   
2. Coating sealing concrete – dust-free treatment:
   To one volumetric part of Soicrat, we add 10 parts of water and up to 4 to 5 volumetric parts of cement. After mixing, the mixture is used to coat the surface penetrated according to the previous paragraph.
   
3. Preparation of mortar for tiles and ceramics:
   Mix 2 parts of sand and 1 part of Portland cement dry. While mixing, add SOICRAT diluted with 1 to 2 parts of water, until the required consistency is achieved. Do not wet the substrate or the adhered tiles!
   
4. Preparation of polymer-lime mortar:
   The base is sand and hydrated lime. For 100 kg of hydrate, add 10 liters of SOICRAT and mix with water to the required consistency. The mortar has increased adhesion to the substrate, is flexible, and is suitable for masonry as well as for bedding roofing materials.
   
5. Improving the properties of concrete or cement mortar:
   Add 4 to 10 liters of SOICRAT to 100 kg of cement. After mixing the dry concrete mixture, first add the dispersion and then the water.

Handling the construction penetration 2802A:

When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water or for coatings of children's toys and furniture. The product is treated with a biocide.

Stability of concentrated penetration:

The product retains its utility properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste of penetrating primer:

Dispose of containers with residual product at a place designated by the municipality for the collection of other waste. Further see section 13 of the product safety data sheet.
