SOICRAT penetration concentrate 2802A, 10 kg

Universal penetration primer for absorbent substrates (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.) to reduce absorbency and improve adhesion of the top coat with dispersion paint (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylic, Bakrylex varnish). It also improves the properties of mortars and concretes.

Soicrat construction penetration is used to improve the properties of all construction mixtures that contain cement or lime hydrate or, when diluted with water, as a penetrating primer.

Examples of working procedures for concentrate penetration 2802A:

1. Penetration of absorbent substrates:
   One part of SOICRAT is diluted with 3 to 15 parts of water (the more absorbent the substrate, the more we dilute).
   
2. Sealing coating for concrete – dust-free treatment:
   To one volumetric part of Soicrat, we add 10 parts of water and up to 4 to 5 volumetric parts of cement. After mixing, we use the mixture to coat the surface that has been penetrated as per the previous paragraph.
   
3. Preparation of mortar for tiles and tiles:
   Dry mix 2 parts of sand and 1 part of Portland cement. While mixing, we add SOICRAT diluted with 1 to 2 parts of water, until the desired consistency is reached. Do not soak the substrate or the glued tiles!
   
4. Preparation of polymer-lime mortar:
   The base is sand and lime hydrate. For 100 kg of hydrate, we add 10 liters of SOICRAT and mix with water to the desired consistency. The mortar has increased adhesion to the substrate, is flexible, and is suitable for masonry and for underlaying roofing.
   
5. Improvement of properties of concrete or cement mortar:
   For 100 kg of cement, we add 4 to 10 liters of SOICRAT. After mixing the dry concrete mixture, we first add the dispersion and then the water.

Handling with construction penetration 2802A:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with foodstuffs, animal feed, drinking water, or for coatings of children's toys and children's furniture. The product is treated with a biocide.

Storage life of the concentrated penetration:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste from the penetrating primer:

Dispose of containers with product residues at a location designated by the municipality for the collection of other waste. Further details see section 13 of the safety data sheet of the product.
