SOICRAT penetration concentrate 2802A, 10 kg

Universal penetrating primer for absorbent substrates (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.) to reduce absorbency and simultaneously improve adhesion of the top coat with dispersion paint (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylate, Bakrylex lacquer). It also improves the properties of mortars and concretes.

Soicrat construction penetration is used to enhance the properties of all construction mixtures that contain cement or lime hydrate or, when diluted with water, as a penetrating primer.

Examples of working procedures for penetration concentrate 2802A:

1. Penetration of absorbent substrates:
   One part of SOICRAT is diluted with 3 to 15 parts of water (the more absorbent the substrate, the more it is diluted).
2. Coating closing concrete – dust-free treatment:
   To one volume part of Soicrat, we add 10 parts of water and up to 4 to 5 volume parts of cement. After mixing, we use the mixture for coating the surface penetrated as described in the previous paragraph.
3. Preparation of mortar for tiles and ceramics:
   Mix dry 2 parts of sand and 1 part of Portland cement. While mixing, add SOICRAT diluted with 1 to 2 parts of water until the desired consistency is reached. Do not wet the substrate or the adhered tiles!
4. Preparation of polymer-lime mortar:
   The base is sand and lime hydrate. For 100 kg of hydrate, add 10 liters of SOICRAT and mix with water to the desired consistency. The mortar has enhanced adhesion to the substrate, is flexible, and is suitable for masonry as well as for underlayment of roofing.
5. Improvement of concrete or cement mortar properties:
   For 100 kg of cement, add 4 to 10 liters of SOICRAT. After mixing the dry concrete mixture, first add the dispersion and then water.

Handling with construction penetration 2802A:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with foodstuffs, animal feed, drinking water, or for coatings of children's toys and furniture. The product is treated with a biocide.

Shelf life of concentrated penetration:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry storage area at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste from penetrating primer:

Dispose of containers with product residues in a place designated by the municipality for collecting other waste. Further see section 13 of the product safety data sheet.
