SOICRAT penetration concentrate 2802A, 10 kg

A versatile penetration agent for absorbent substrates (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.), which serves to reduce absorbency while increasing the adhesion of top coats with dispersion paint (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylic, Bakrylex varnish). It also improves the properties of concrete and mortars.

The Soicrat construction penetration is used to enhance all building mixtures containing cement or lime hydrate; it can also be diluted with water and applied as a penetrating coat.

Examples of working procedures for penetration concentrate 2802A:

1. Pentration of absorbent substrates:
   One part of SOICRAT is diluted with 3 to 15 parts of water (the more absorbent the substrate, the more dilution).
   
2. Coating sealing concrete – dust-free treatment:
   To one volumetric part of Soicrat, we add 10 parts of water and up to 4 to 5 volumetric parts of cement. After mixing, use the mixture to coat the surface as previously described.
   
3. Preparation of mortar for tiles and ceramics:
   Mix 2 parts of sand and 1 part of Portland cement dry. While mixing, add SOICRAT diluted with 1 to 2 parts of water until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not soak the substrate or glued tiles!
   
4. Preparation of polymer-lime mortar:
   The base is sand and lime hydrate. To 100 kg of hydrate, add 10 liters of SOICRAT and mix with water to the desired consistency. The mortar has increased adhesion to the substrate, is flexible, and suitable for masonry and as a filler for roofing.
   
5. Improvement of properties of concrete or cement mortar:
   To 100 kg of cement, add 4 to 10 liters of SOICRAT. After mixing the dry concrete mixture, add the dispersion first and then the water.
