SOICRAT antifungal primer V1311S, 5 kg

The SOICRAT antifungal primer V1311S is intended for strengthening substrates, unifying their absorbency and improving the adhesion of the surface before applying coatings on interior plaster as well as facades, gluing tiles and slabs, leveling floors with self-leveling compounds, localized repairs of substrate concrete, etc.

It acts preventively against the formation of mold thanks to the contained fungicidal components. Due to its fine particles, it penetrates deep into the substrate. Light coloring of the primer facilitates control of the applied layer, ensuring that no part of the substrate remains untreated. Active components content: 3-iodo-2-propynyl-N-butylcarbamate (ES 259-627-5) 1.2 g/kg of product.

SOICRAT antifungal primer serves to strengthen the substrate, equalize its absorbency, and increase adhesion before applying paint coatings on facades as well as interior plaster, gluing tiles and slabs, applying self-leveling floor materials, or localized repairs of substrate concrete. Active fungicidal additives also prevent the growth of mold.

The fine coloring of the primer allows for easy tracking of the application extent, ensuring that no areas on the substrate are left untreated.

Dilution of the primer coat:

• for highly absorbent substrates undiluted
• for absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:0.5 (1 part primer : 0.5 part water)
• for non-absorbent and low-absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:1 (1 part primer : 1 part water)

Example of primer application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dust and dirt. Areas infected with mold should be treated with the remediation agent REMAL Sanal for masonry according to the instructions. Before use, the product needs to be thoroughly mixed. Apply with a brush or roller in one or two coats, depending on the substrate's absorption. Apply the top coat after the primer layer has dried in 2 to 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25° C.
