SOICRAT penetration concentrate 2802A, 5 kg

Universal primer designed for absorbent substrates (concrete, plaster, wood, etc.), which reduces their absorbency while improving the adhesion of top coats with dispersion paints (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylic, Bakrylex varnish). It also enhances the properties of concrete mixtures and mortars.

The Soicrat construction primer serves to improve the quality of all construction mixtures containing cement or slaked lime, or it can be applied as a primer after dilution with water.

Examples of working procedures for concentrate penetration 2802A:

1. Penetration of absorbent substrates:
   One part of SOICRAT is diluted with 3 to 15 parts of water (the more absorbent the substrate, the more we dilute).
   
2. Coating closing concrete – dust-free treatment:
   To one volumetric part of Soicrat, we add 10 parts of water and up to 4 to 5 volumetric parts of cement. After mixing, the mixture is used for coating the penetrated surface as described in the previous paragraph.
   
3. Preparation of mortar for tiles and ceramics:
   Dry mix 2 parts of sand and 1 part of Portland cement. While mixing, add SOICRAT diluted with 1 to 2 parts of water until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not wet the substrate or glued tiles!
   
4. Preparation of polymer-lime mortar:
   The base is sand and slaked lime. To 100 kg of slaked lime, add 10 liters of SOICRAT and mix with water to achieve the desired consistency. The mortar has increased adhesion to the substrate, is flexible, and is suitable for masonry and for bedding roofing material.
   
5. Improvement of the properties of concrete or cement mortar:
   To 100 kg of cement, add 4 to 10 liters of SOICRAT. After mixing the dry concrete mixture, first add the dispersion and then water.
