Description Duvilax BD-20 additive for construction mixtures, 1 kg
Plasticized polyvinyl acetate dispersion used in construction as a plasticizing and air-entraining additive for mortars, plasters, cement screeds and other construction mixtures in an amount of up to 5% by weight of cement or lime. It improves the workability of the mixture, increases adhesion, flexibility, final strength, and reduces water permeability.
It is added to the mixture together with mixing water. It is used for the production of interior coating materials, where it serves as a dispersion binder and ensures resistance to abrasion. Diluted Duvilax BD - 20 with water in a ratio of 1:4 can be used for priming or soaking absorbent substrates before applying construction cement or dispersion adhesives and fillers.
Undiluted, it is used for gluing paper, cardboard, etc. in the paper or printing industry, or for gluing textile wallpapers indoors. It conforms to EN 934-3: 2003, T.2 - plasticizing and air-entraining additives for masonry mortars.
