Den Braven RL tube mounting foam, 500+250 ml

The mounting foam is suitable for installing door frames and window frames, filling voids, and installation spaces between panels, masonry partitions, ceilings, and floors. Due to its properties, the mounting foam is used as excellent thermal insulation for attics or bathtubs. Also suitable for sound insulation. The mounting foam is also available in special formulations such as Winter foam with the possibility of application down to -15 °C, and also as Well-driller foam for contact with drinking water. If resistance to sewage is required, ask for Sewer foam.

Limitations of Den Braven mounting foam:
Do not use for applications underwater or in closed spaces, zero adhesion to PE, PP, silicone, Teflon, and oily substrates. Do not heat the foam or joints at low temperatures, do not apply to substrates covered with frost.

Substrate for Den Braven mounting foam:
Must be clean, dry, firm, free of dust, loose particles, grease, oil, and frost.

Treatment (preparation) of the substrate for Den Braven mounting foam:
Use on clean and degreased surfaces. Cover surfaces at risk of contamination! Before application, it is recommended to moisten absorbent substrates with water using a sprayer to increase expansion and improve the structure of the foam. In case of extreme expansion requirements, re-moisten the foam immediately after application.

Instructions for Den Braven mounting foam:
Shake the can thoroughly before use (at least 30 times). Remove the cover and screw on the application tube. Fill the joint from the bottom up, about 60% of the foam will expand in volume. For joints larger than 4 cm, fill in several steps with a short pause for curing.

Warnings for Den Braven mounting foam:
Uncured foam can be cleaned with PU foam cleaner, cured foam can only be removed mechanically. Use protective gear during work. Protect the floor from staining with paper or foil. Cured PUR foam is not resistant to UV radiation. This resistance depends on the duration of exposure to direct sunlight (approximately from 14 days to 3 months). After this period, along with other climatic influences (rain, frost, etc.), the structure of the foam will be compromised by UV radiation.

Cleaning of Den Braven mounting foam:
Material: Uncured foam - Zwaluw PU foam cleaner. Hands: hand cream, soap, and water.
