Modern high-strength adhesive based on MS polymers with sealing capability. Cures by vulcanization of moisture in the air, creating a high-strength, elastic bond.
Properties
- For bonding and sealing a wide range of materials
- Adhesion even underwater (only non-absorbent materials)
- Thin-layer bonding
- UV resistant, frost resistant
- High adhesion even to damp substrates
- Contains no solvents, odorless
- Paintable after curing (except for alkyd resins)
Applications
- Bonding mirrors, floor strips, stair nosings, window sills, etc.
- Bonding stainless steel, aluminum, copper, lead, glass, PVC, concrete, ceramics, wood, masonry, gypsum board, etc.
- Sealing in the industrial sector (automotive manufacturing, railways, aerospace) structural sealing, decoration, etc.
- For indoor and outdoor use
- On absorbent and non-absorbent substrates
How to seal:
- Extrude the sealant using a caulking gun in thin strips
- Smooth within 10 minutes after application
What stands out:
- Bonding and sealing in one step
- Resistance to UV radiation
- Thin-layer bonding
- It is flexible
- Adheres to absorbent and non-absorbent substrates
- Can be easily painted over with colors after just 1 hour
- Contains no solvents
- After curing, resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C
What to watch out for:
- Clean substrate without grease, dust, and loose particles
- Does not bond PE, PP, PC, PMMA, asphalt, and bituminous materials
- Bonded items need to be securely fixed until the adhesive cures
Hazard identification:
