APEKO powder wallpaper adhesive, up to 50 m², 250 g

The powdered w wallpaper adhesive Apeko in a 250 g package is sufficient for an area of up to 50 m². This powdered w wallpaper adhesive from Apeko is designed for gluing wallpapers made of paper, PVC, and reflective materials. The prepared aqueous glue solution is used for gluing paper and PVC wallpapers and can also be used to thicken water-dilutable paints and adhesives.

Designed for gluing paper, reflective, and PVC wallpapers with a paper backing in indoor spaces on concrete, plaster, wood, metal, particle board, and related materials. At least one of the glued surfaces or materials must be absorbent. The product can also be used as a liquid adhesive for paint mixtures.

For gluing paper wallpapers:

0.5 kg of powdered wallpaper adhesive is poured while stirring continuously into 8 liters of clean water. After 10–15 minutes of dissolving while occasionally stirring, the adhesive is applied to both the wallpaper and the base in one layer using a brush. Wallpapers are glued from top to bottom and smoothed with a soft brush, sponge, or rubber roller; excess adhesive is removed with a damp sponge or cloth.

Example of procedure:

The base must be dry, free of loose parts, dirt, and grease. The contents of the bag are poured into cold water while stirring continuously. After mixing, let it dissolve for 20-30 minutes while occasionally stirring.
The adhesive is diluted with cold water in the ratio: light wallpapers 1:20 (i.e., the bag in 5 liters of water), heavy wallpapers 1:16 (i.e., the bag in 4 liters of water).

When gluing paper wallpapers onto hardboard, it is recommended to slightly sand the surface before application, using water-diluted adhesive at a ratio of 1:16 (i.e., the bag in 4 liters of water).
The prepared adhesive is applied to the wallpaper with a brush in an even layer, ensuring that 0.11 of adhesive is applied per 1 m² of wallpaper. After applying the adhesive, the wallpaper is folded with the glued side inwards and left to rest for 5-15 minutes.
After the technological break, the wallpaper is unfolded again and glued to the wall. The wallpaper is smoothed with a rubber roller or a soft brush after final positioning. After finishing the work, tools should be immediately washed with water.
During work, adhere to basic hygiene rules. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for 36 months from the date indicated on the packaging.

The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with foodstuffs, animal feed, drinking water, or for coatings of children's toys and furniture. Keep out of reach of children.
