Soudal sanitary silicone is mold-resistant white neutral silicone sealant without acetic odor for sealing joints in environments with increased humidity or sanitary rooms. Suitable sanitary silicone for corner joints of walls with tiles, around bathtubs, sinks, and toilets, sealing shower cabins. Once cured, it remains permanently flexible, resistant to mold and UV radiation.
Characteristics of Soudal sanitary silicone:
- Best solution for acrylic bathtubs,
- color-fast, UV resistant,
- permanently flexible once cured,
- very good adhesion to most materials,
- low modulus of elasticity,
- excellent temperature resistance,
- very easy to use,
- suitable for acrylic surfaces,
- color-fast, UV resistant.
Uses of Soudal sanitary silicone:
- Silicone for bathrooms and kitchens,
- sealing in sanitary rooms and kitchens,
- all sanitary sealing where contact with plastic, plaster, and wood occurs,
- sealing of refrigeration warehouses and containers,
- sealing of air conditioning systems.

Substrates:
Suitable surfaces: all common surfaces (except PP and PE). Surface condition: clean, dry, free of grease and dust. Preparation: We recommend treating water-exposed porous surfaces with Primer 150 before applying the sealant; non-absorbent surfaces do not need to be primed.
Application procedure:
Application: with a caulking gun (manual or pneumatic). Working temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C. Finishing: Smoothed with a finishing trowel and soapy water. Cleaning: Can be cleaned before curing with acetone or White Spirit (paint thinner), after curing mechanically and with Soudal silicone remover. Repairs: Neutral sanitary silicone. We always recommend performing a preliminary compatibility test.
