Soudal 67A wood glue for carpenters and joiners, 250 g

Soudal 67A represents a top-notch structural water-resistant wood glue for carpenters and joiners with exceptionally fast curing and high bond strength. It is designed for structural bonding of wooden elements in construction and industry. It is perfect for joining parts of kitchen units, garden furniture, wooden stairs, euro-windows, and other products made from all types of hardwoods and exotic woods. It is also useful for bonding chipboard, wooden templates, etc. The joint is semi-transparent after drying and meets the requirements for classification in the moisture resistance class D3 (ČSN EN 204).

Suitable surfaces:

Suitable substrates: wood, paper, cardboard, and the vast majority of other porous materials. Surface requirements: clean, dry, free from grease and dust. Neglecting these conditions may lead to prolonged curing time and reduced final strength. Surface preparation: to enhance adhesion, roughen smooth contact surfaces with sandpaper. A preliminary adhesion test is always recommended.

Procedure:

Application: Clean the surface of dust, grease, and other impurities. Apply the glue with a brush or fine notched trowel, join the glued parts, and hold under pressure for 1 – 2 hours. Working temperature: the temperature of both the glue and the bonded surfaces should be between 18 °C and 20 °C. Curing time depends on the type of wood being bonded, temperature, amount of glue, and porosity of the bonded surface. Cleaning: with water, cured glue can be cleaned mechanically.
