Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner, 500 ml

Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner is a combined cleaner for the maintenance of PU foam application guns and for cleaning stained surfaces using a sprayer. It effectively dissolves all types of uncured polyurethane foams. The cleaning liquid used in conjunction with Soudal foam and threaded system gun applicator contains solvents and can also be used for standard tube foams thanks to the included snap-on spray nozzle. Acetone base. The consistency is liquid under pressure (5 bars at 20 °C).

Examples of use for Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner:

• Cleaning the bayonet gun applicator,
• cleaning other parts of the application gun,
• cleaning the valve of the PU foam can,
• removing uncured foam from surfaces, tools, etc.

Working procedure:

Application: Remove the canister from the application gun. Shake the cleaning aerosol can thoroughly before use. Attach the red sprayer to the nozzle of the cleaner canister and clean the uncured foam from the seat and nozzle of the gun. Attach the cleaner to the bayonet seat of the gun. Briefly spray until only the cleaning liquid comes out. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Spray thoroughly until the liquid coming from the gun is completely clean and free of foam residues.

Cleaning:

After use, wipe wet parts with a clean dry cloth.

Working temperature:

Up to +40 °C.
