Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner, 500 ml

Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner is a combined cleaner for treating the application gun for PU foam and for cleaning contaminated surfaces using a spray nozzle. It effectively dissolves all types of uncured polyurethane foams. The cleaning liquid used in conjunction with Soudal foam and screw-thread system gun applicator contains solvents and can also be used for regular tube foams thanks to the included snap-on spray nozzle. Acetone base. Consistency liquid under pressure (5 bars at 20 °C).

Characteristics of Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner:

Examples of using Soudal PU Foam and Gun Cleaner:

• Cleaning bayonet gun applicator,
• cleaning other parts of the application gun,
• cleaning the valve of the PU foam can,
• removing uncured foam from surfaces, tools, etc.

Procedure:

Application: Remove the can from the application gun. Shake the cleaning aerosol can thoroughly before use. Attach the red spray nozzle to the cleaner can nozzle and clean any uncured foam from the seat and mouth of the gun. Attach the cleaner to the bayonet seat of the gun. Briefly spray until only cleaning liquid comes out. Leave it to act for about 15 minutes. Spray thoroughly until the liquid coming from the gun is completely clean and free of foam residue.

Cleaning:

After use, wipe wet parts with a clean dry cloth.

Working temperature:

Up to +40 °C.
