Soudal stove builder sealant is a fully curing sealant for joints and sealing surfaces exposed to very high temperatures. It creates a solid and hard joint compound. The stove builder sealant is resistant to high temperatures up to 1500 °C. It contains no asbestos or solvents. It is ready for immediate use, creates a hard joint compound, will not crack or crumble after curing, withstands high temperatures up to 1500 °C, and contains no asbestos.

• repairs of structures exposed to high temperatures.

Substrates:

Metal, bricks, concrete. Surface condition: clean, degreased, free of dust and loose particles. Preparation: to enhance adhesion, it is advisable to moisten the surface with water.

Application: with a caulking gun, spatula, or masonry trowel. Cleaning: with water. Working temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C. Repairs: Stove builder sealant.

Maximum width: 20 mm

Note: Mild heating during the first 12 hours after applying the sealant prevents bubble formation and improves the structure of the sealant for high-temperature applications. Do not apply in areas where constant exposure to moisture is a risk.
