Soudal sanitary silicone, transparent, 280 ml

Soudal acetate sanitary silicone is used for sealing joints exposed to higher humidity in rooms such as bathrooms, toilets, or kitchens. It is designed for corner joints of tiles, around baths, sinks, shower cabins, toilets, etc. It is a permanently elastic sealant with a long lifespan. It is characterized by color stability and resistance to mold and UV radiation.

Surfaces:

Suitable substrates: all common sanitary surfaces such as glazed ceramics, porcelain, glass, stainless steel, or aluminum (for PVC and acrylics use Soudal Neutral sanitary silicone). Surface condition: clean, dry, free of grease and dust. Preparation: to enhance adhesion on porous materials, use Primer 150. It is recommended to always perform a preliminary adhesion test.

Working procedure:

Application: using a caulking gun (manual or pneumatic). Working temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C. Smoothing the surface: with soapy water, Soudal Smooth Surface Tool. Cleaning: Before curing can be cleaned with acetone or White Spirit (lacquer thinner), after curing mechanically and with Soudal Silicone Remover. Repairs: Sanitary silicone.
