Soudal Aquafix sealing adhesive against water, clear, 300 ml

Soudal Aquafix sealing adhesive for repairs and permanent sealing against water ingress in case of leaks in roofing materials, gutters, downspouts, around chimneys, windows, ventilation elements, etc. Can be applied even underwater. Allows emergency repairs in the rain. 100% transparent, withstands movement up to 10%, contains solvents, very good adhesion to most materials (asphalt, concrete, metals, glass, stone, ...), suitable for all types of roofing materials, adheres even on wet substrates.

Application:
Waterproof sealing of cracks and joints with movement up to 10%, repairs of leaking gutters and downspouts, waste pipes, joints and seals around roof windows, emergency repairs even in the rain, construction joints in humid environments.

Properties of Soudal Aquafix sealing adhesive against water:

• 100% transparent,
• very easy to use,

• very good adhesion to most materials (asphalt, concrete, metals, glass, stone, wood, plastics),
• suitable for all types of roofing materials,
• adheres even on wet substrates,
• paintable after curing,
• resistant to UV radiation, water and other weather influences,
• Shinkage approx. 20%.

Substrates:

Suitable surfaces: most building materials. Surface condition: clean, free from grease and dust, may be wet. Preparation: not required. It is recommended to always conduct a preliminary adhesion test.

Working procedure:

Application: using a caulking gun (manual or pneumatic). Working temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C. Adjustments: Smooth with soapy water. Cleaning: Immediately after application, use White Spirit or acetone. Repairs: with the same material.
