Soudal 67A Wood Glue for Carpenters and Joiners, 750 g

Soudal 67A is a high-quality structural waterproof wood glue for carpenters and joiners, characterized by very fast curing time and high bond strength. It is designed for structural gluing of wooden elements in construction and industry. It is suitable for gluing joints of kitchen countertops, garden furniture, euro windows, wooden stairs, and other products made from all types of wood, including hard and exotic woods. You will also find it useful for gluing wooden templates, particle board, etc. Once dried, it remains semi-transparent and meets the moisture resistance class D3 (ČSN EN 204).

Examples of use for Soudal structural wood glue:

• Wood glue,

• interior applications with frequent short-term exposure to running water or condensed water on the glue,
• interior applications with prolonged exposure to high humidity,
• exterior applications that are not directly exposed to weather effects,
• manufacturing window and door frames, where such exposure to moisture is anticipated, which must be constructed to be water-resistant D3 according to EN 204,
• structural bonding such as tongue and groove joints, perforated boards, cuttings, etc.

Suitable surfaces:

Suitable substrates: wood, paper, cardboard, and most other porous materials. Surface condition: clean, dry, free from grease and dust. Neglecting these requirements may result in longer curing time and lower final strength. Surface preparation: roughening smooth contact surfaces with sandpaper to improve adhesion. It is always recommended to perform a preliminary adhesion test.

Working procedure:

Application: Clean the surface from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Apply the glue with a brush or fine-toothed spatula, join the glued parts, and hold compressed for 1 – 2 hours. Working temperature: the temperature of the glue and glued surfaces should be between 18 °C and 20 °C. Curing time depends on the type of wood being glued, temperature, amount of glue, and porosity of the glued surface. Cleaning: with water, fully cured glue can be cleaned mechanically.
