Soudal 67A high-quality structural waterproof wood glue for carpenters and joiners with very fast curing time and bond strength. Structural bonding of wooden elements in construction and industry. Bonding of joints for garden furniture, kitchen countertops, wooden staircases, euro windows, and other products made from all types of hardwood and exotic wood. Bonding of chipboard, wooden templates, etc. After drying, semi-transparent with classification in moisture resistance class D3 (ČSN EN 204).

Suitable surfaces:

Substrates: wood, paper, cardboard, most other porous materials. Surface condition: clean, dry, free of grease and dust. Underestimating these conditions may lead to prolonged curing times and lower final strengths. Surface preparation: roughening smooth contact areas with sandpaper to improve adhesion. It is always recommended to perform a preliminary adhesion test.

Procedure:

Application: Clean the surface of dust, grease, and other impurities. Apply glue with a brush or fine toothed trowel, join the glued parts and hold compressed for 1 – 2 hours. Working temperature: the temperature of the glue and glued surfaces should be between 18 °C and 20 °C. Curing time depends on the type of glued wood, temperature, amount of glue, and porosity of the glued surface. Cleaning: with water; cured glue can be cleaned mechanically. Repairs: Wood glue 67A.
