Stachema Eprosin T-30 epoxy putty for body repair + hardener, 400 g

For repairing corroded car sills while maintaining strength. For sealing and bonding metals, concrete, ceramics, glass, fiberglass, polystyrene, wood, wood fiberboards, in modeling, etc. The putty or the hardened mixture must not be diluted with any solvent or thinner before application.

Consumption:
8.5 kg/m² at a layer height of 5 mm

Curing:
Eprosin T 30 : Hardener P 11 weight ratio 100 : 2.6, volume ratio 100 : 4.7.

Surface preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, degreased, and free of mechanical impurities (dust from sanding, etc.), preferably slightly roughened. The substrate temperature should reach 15–25 °C at a max. of 50% relative humidity. Metal substrates must be dry when applying Eprosin T 30. The maximum permissible moisture content of the wooden or concrete substrate is 4 - 5 %. The uncured composition can be washed off tools with acetone.

• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P333+P313: If skin irritation or rash occurs: Seek medical advice/attention.
• P362+P364: Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
