Stachema Eprosin T-30 epoxy putty for body repairs + hardener, 900 g

For the repair of corroded car sills while maintaining strength. For sealing and bonding metals, concrete, ceramics, glass, fiberglass, polystyrene, wood, wood fiber boards, in modeling, etc. The putty or the hardened mixture must not be diluted with any solvent or thinner before application.

Consumption:
8.5 kg/m² at a layer height of 5 mm

Hardening:
Eprosin T 30 : Hardener P 11 weight ratio 100 : 2.6, volume ratio 100 : 4.7.

Surface preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, degreased, and free from mechanical impurities (dust from sanding, etc.), preferably slightly roughened. The substrate temperature should reach 15–25 °C at a maximum relative humidity of 50%. Metal substrates must be dry when applying Eprosin T 30. The maximum permissible moisture content of the wooden or concrete substrate is 4 - 5%. The uncured composition can be washed off tools with acetone.
