REMAL deep penetration is a colored deep penetration primer for absorbent substrates. As a result of very small particle size, it penetrates deep into the treated surface. The coloring of the primer helps to check the extent of coverage with a light blue tint, ensuring that no areas remain unprimed.
The substrate must be dry, free of dust and dirt. Before use, the product must be thoroughly mixed. It is applied with a brush or roller in one or two layers (depending on substrate absorbency). The top coat can be applied after the primer layer has dried (2 to 4 hours). The optimal temperature for painting is between 15 and 25 °C.
When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with food, animal feed, drinking water, nor for coatings of children's toys and furniture. The product is
treated with a biocide. It contains 1,3,5-tris (2-hydroxyethyl) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine. It may cause an allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.
The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5 and 25 °C.
Discard packaging with product residues at the location designated by the municipality for the collection of other waste. Further see section 13 of the safety datasheet of the product.
