REMAL deep penetration is a pigmented deep penetration coating for absorbent substrates. As a result of the very small particle size, it penetrates deeply into the treated surface. The pigmentation of the penetration helps to control the extent of the coating with a light blue color, ensuring that no areas remain uncoated.
The substrate must be dry, free of dust and impurities. Before use, the product should be thoroughly mixed. It is applied with a brush or roller in one or two layers (depending on the absorbency of the substrate). The top coat can be applied after the penetrating layer has dried (2 to 4 hours). The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C.
When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, drinking water, or for coatings on children's toys and furniture. The product is
treated with a biocide. Contains 1,3,5-tris (2-hydroxyethyl) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin. May cause allergic reactions. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.
The product retains its usable properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5 and 25 °C.
