REMAL deep penetration is a pigmented deep penetration coating for absorbent substrates. As a result of the very small particle size, it penetrates deeply into the treated surface. The pigmentation of the penetration helps to monitor the application area with a light blue tint, ensuring no areas are left uncoated.
The substrate must be dry, free of dust and dirt. Before use, the product should be thoroughly mixed. It is applied with a brush or roller in one or two layers (depending on substrate absorbency). The topcoat of paint can be applied after the penetration layer has dried (2 to 4 hours). The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C.
When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water, or for coatings of children's toys and children's furniture. The product is
treated with a biocide. It contains 1,3,5-tris (2-hydroxyethyl) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin. It may cause an allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice.
The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
Dispose of packaging with remnants of the product at a location designated by the municipality for collecting other waste. Further see section 13 of the safety data sheet of the product.
You might find it useful to have covering material, such as paper adhesive tape or covering foil, or brushes, rollers, paintbrushes, and spatulas.
