REMAL Wall Finishing Compound, 7.5 kg

REMAL Wall Finishing Compound is a leveling and decorative compound for indoor use with excellent sandability. It is used for leveling out minor unevenness of walls (plasters, masonry, drywall, etc.) in interiors. It is very easy to apply, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Not suitable for jointing tiles.

Yield of interior decorative wall compound:

At a layer of 1 mm, it is approximately 1.7 to 1.9 kg/m², depending on the profile of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Example of applying decorative wall compound:

Remove old and non-adhering coatings from renovated surfaces. Treat absorbent substrates with REMAL UNIVERSAL PRIMER, and treat non-cohesive and crumbling substrates with REMAL DEEP PENETRATING PRIMER. This will remove dust, strengthen the surface, unify absorption, and ensure adhesion of the coating.

Drying time is 4 hours. The compound is ready for immediate use. It is applied using a stainless steel trowel in 1 or 2 layers with a thickness of one, 1.5 to 2 mm. After complete drying (24 h), sand with a mesh or sandpaper.

Handling of wall compound:

When working, adhere to basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with foodstuffs, animal feeds, drinking water, or for coatings of children's toys and furniture. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.

The product is treated with a biocide. It contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3 (2H)-one [CE number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [CE number 220-239-6] (3:1), octhilinon (ISO). It may cause an allergic reaction.

Storage life of REMAL leveling wall compound:

The product retains its beneficial properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
