REMAL deep penetration anti-mold V1311, 1 kg

The anti-mold deep penetration REMAL V1311 is used to strengthen the substrate to depth, equalize its absorbency, and improve surface adhesion before applying interior plasters or facade paints, gluing tiles and pavings, leveling floors with self-leveling compounds, or making local repairs to substrate concretes, etc.

The active fungicidal ingredients prevent the growth of mold. Thanks to its exceptionally fine particles, it penetrates deeply into the material. Light coloring of the penetration facilitates the visual inspection of the painted surface, ensuring that no part of the substrate remains untreated. Active ingredient content: 3-iodo-2-propynyl-N-butylcarbamate (EC 259-627-5) 1.2 g/kg of the product.

Dilution of anti-mold penetration:

• for highly absorbent substrates the anti-mold penetration is used undiluted
• for absorbent substrates the penetration is diluted up to 1:0.5 (1 part penetration : 0.5 parts water)
• for non-absorbent and poorly absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:1 (1 part penetration : 1 part water)
• coverage varies from 5 to 10 m²/kg depending on dilution and absorbency of the substrate

Example of application procedure for mold penetration:

The substrate must be dry, free from dust and impurities. Areas affected by mold should be treated with the remedial product REMAL Sanal on masonry according to the instructions. The product must be properly mixed before use. Apply with a brush or roller in one or two coats, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. The top coat of paint can be applied after the penetration layer has dried for 2 to 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25° C.
