REMAL deep penetration anti-mold V1311, 5 kg

The anti-mold deep penetration REMAL V1311 serves to strengthen the substrate to a depth, unify absorbency, and increase surface adhesion before painting facades or interior plasters, gluing tiles and coverings, leveling floors using self-leveling compounds, local repairs of substrate concrete, etc.

Thanks to the active fungicidal components, it acts preventively against the formation of mold. Due to the extremely fine particles, it penetrates deeply into the substrate. The subtle tinting of the penetration facilitates visual control of the applied layer to ensure that no area remains untreated. The content of active components: 3-iodo-2-propinyl-N-butylcarbamate (ES 259-627-5) 1.2 g/kg of the product.

Dilution of anti-mold penetration:

• for highly absorbent substrates the anti-mold penetration is used undiluted
• for absorbent substrates the penetration is diluted up to 1:0.5 (1 part penetration : 0.5 parts water)
• for non-absorbent and less absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:1 (1 part penetration : 1 part water)
• coverage varies depending on dilution and substrate absorbency, ranging from 5 to 10 m²/kg

Example application procedure of anti-mold penetration:

The substrate must be dry, free of dust, and contaminants. Treat areas affected by mold with the REMAL Sanal remediation product for masonry according to the instructions. Before use, the product must be thoroughly mixed. Apply with a brush or roller in one or two coats, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Apply the top coat of paint after the penetration layer has dried, in 2 to 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25° C.
