REMAL Plus high-cover wall paint, 36+4 kg

REMAL Plus paint is a classic natural water-based kaolin wall paint. It provides excellent coverage, is breathable, abrasion-resistant, and has a standard whiteness of 86%. REMAL wall paint is used for painting walls and ceilings in interiors for painting plasters, concrete, as a paint for drywall, cement boards, particle boards, and renovation plasters. The paint demonstrates wet abrasion resistance according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 – class 5. (classification according to EN 13300).

REMAL Plus wall paint is easy to work with. The paint is suitable for painting mineral surfaces in moderately stressed interiors, such as the walls and ceilings of bedrooms, living rooms, or hallways, but also offices, schools, etc.

Application procedure for REMAL paint:

Before painting, remove layers of old and non-adhering coatings. Treat absorbent substrates with REMAL universal primer, and treat non-cohesive and crumbling substrates with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust, strengthen the surface, unify absorbency, and ensure adhesion of the coating. The drying time is 4 hours. Even out wall irregularities with REMAL Putty. Thin the paint in a ratio of max. 0.4 l of water per 1 kg of paint. Then mix thoroughly.

Apply the paint with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 layers; apply the next layer of paint after the previous one has dried, at least 4 hours later. The optimal temperature for applying the paint is between 15 and 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and environment should not drop below 5 °C during application. Use a product from the same batch for uniform surfaces; mix different batches together before use.
