REMAL Color is a water-based pigmented paint with a pleasant scent in attractive shades. It is recommended for painting walls and ceilings indoors, on plasters including renovation plasters, drywall, and other substrates. It is easy to apply, health-safe, and environmentally friendly.
A wall paint that is easily washable, shows resistance to wet abrasion after 28 days - class 5. (measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998, classified according to EN 13300).
Shade banana 650: by its nature, it is a warm yellow sunny color. In combination with white, it creates an impression of a fresh, bright summer morning. You will be pleased with it in the kitchen; it also brightens a spacious hall. It matches brass and white accessories. It is elegant in combination with the color CHAMPAGNE.
Before painting, remove layers of old and non-adherent coats. Treat absorbent substrates with REMAL universal primer, treat non-adherent and crumbling substrates with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust from the surface, strengthen it, unify absorbency, and ensure paint adhesion. Drying time is 4 hours. Balance unevenness on the wall with REMAL Putty.
The paint can be diluted according to the method of application with a maximum of 10% water. Then mix thoroughly. Apply with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 layers, apply the next layer after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimum temperature for painting is 15 to 25° C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5° C during application. For uniform areas, use a product from the same batch; mix different batches together before use.
When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for paints coming into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water, or for painting children's toys and furniture.

covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering film, possibly sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes, rollers, spatulas, and putty knives.
This international standard ISO EN 11998 describes an accelerated method for determining wet abrasion resistance and washability of paint. As for the cleanability of coatings, it only defines the testing method itself, but does not specify contaminating substances. After drying and conditioning, the painted sample is weighed and subjected to wet cleaning cycles in a test abrasion (cleaning) device. From the weight loss, the average thickness loss of the coating is calculated. For determining cleanability, the contaminating substances are applied to equally prepared samples. The specified contaminating substances are left in contact with the coating film for the prescribed period. The painted, contaminated samples are then subjected to cleaning cycles. It is evaluated whether the contaminating substance has been removed and whether the coating is resistant to wet abrasion.
For evaluation, 5 classes are used - class 1 is the best – class 5 is the worst. Grading is like in school.
