Washable wall paint REMAL Vinyl Color Mat is a premium colored washable paint with a velvety matte finish, excellent coverage, and abrasion resistance. The surface of the paint is gently washable. The coating is intended for painting walls and ceilings indoors on plaster, drywall, and other substrates.

The product is easy to work with, exhibits washability and resistance to wet abrasion after 28 days - class 1. (measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998, classified according to EN 13300). Application method: brush, roller.

Working procedure for washable paint:

Old non-adhering coatings in thicker layers should be scraped off. Before painting, treat the surface with REMAL deep penetration primer. This will remove dust, strengthen, unify absorbency, and ensure adhesion. Drying time is 4 hours. Level out unevenness on the wall with REMAL leveling compound. For touching up stains, for example from leaks, it is advisable to use REMAL Flek-stop isolating coating. Before use, mix the coating thoroughly; it is diluted for painting. If necessary, dilute with a maximum of 5% clean water. Apply with the REMAL Vinyl roller with short fibers. The coating covers in one layer. Recoat at least after 4 hours. The optimal application temperature is 15 to 25 °C. Clean contaminated areas and tools immediately after application with water, as dried coatings are difficult to remove.

Application method for washable wall paint:

REMAL Vinyl roller with short fibers, brush, AIRLESS spraying - e.g. STORCH AIRLESS ST 550, STORCH AIRLESS ST 700 or STORCH AIRLESS ST 800 recommended pressure from 120 – 150 bar, nozzle size 515 or possibly 517, filter for the gun 50 mesh. When applying by spraying, we recommend always conducting tests on specific equipment in advance.
