REMAL Expert is velvety matte and bright white wall paint with an extremely high whiteness of 96 %. The interior paint has excellent covering ability and is also highly breathable, suitable for renovation plasters.
The REMAL Expert paint is used for painting plasters, concrete, gypsum board, cement board, chipboard, and renovation plasters in interiors.
The REMAL Expert wall paint exhibits resistance to wet abrasion and is a gently washable paint – measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 – class 5 (classification according to EN 13300).
REMAL Expert wall paint is intended for extremely white coatings of residential and commercial spaces - a representative bright white color on walls. The paint contains an optical brightener that enhances the extremely high whiteness of the paint coating.
Dispersive white wall paint REMAL Expert is extremely white, easily workable, has a velvety matte appearance, is breathable, vapor-permeable, highly covering, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Before painting with REMAL Expert remove layers of old and non-adhering paints. Absorbent substrates should be treated with REMAL universal primer, non-adhering and crumbling substrates should be treated with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust from the surface, strengthen it, unify its absorption and ensure adhesion of the paint coat. Drying time is 4 hours. Even out unevenness on the wall with REMAL Filler. Dilute the coating with a maximum ratio of 0.2 l of water per 1 kg of paint. Then mix thoroughly.
Apply the paint with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 coats, apply the next coat of paint after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting the paint is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during the application of wall paint. For continuous areas, use a product from one batch of paint, mix different batches together before use.
During work, adhere to basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, drinking water or for coatings of children's toys and furniture. Keep out of reach of children. If you do not feel well, seek medical attention.
The product is treated with a biocide. It contains 1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine, 1,2-benzoisothiazol-3(2H)-one+, octhilinone (ISO), reaction mixture: 5-chlor-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic reaction.

This international standard ISO EN 11998 describes an accelerated method for determining resistance to wet abrasion and the washability of paint. Regarding the cleanability of coatings, it only specifies the test method itself but does not specify the contaminants. After drying and conditioning, the painted sample is weighed and subjected to wet cleaning cycles in a testing abrasion (cleaning) apparatus. The average value of the thickness loss of the coating is calculated from the weight loss. For determining cleanability, contaminants are applied to equally prepared samples. The specified contaminants are left in contact with the coating film for the prescribed time. Painted, contaminated samples are then subjected to cleaning cycles. It is evaluated whether the contaminant was removed and the coating is resistant to wet abrasion.
For evaluation, 5 classes are used - class 1 is the best – class 5 is the worst. Grading as in school.
