SOICRAT universal construction primer 2802A, 1 kg

Universal primer for absorbent substrates (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.) to reduce absorbency while improving the adhesion of the top coat with dispersion paint (Latex, Bakrylex enamel, Barlet acrylic, Bakrylex lacquer). It also improves the properties of mortars and concretes. Soicrat construction primer is applied to a dry substrate free of dust and dirt in one or two layers (depending on the absorbency of the substrate). The top coat can be applied after the primer layer has dried. Depending on the absorbency and condition of the substrate, it can be diluted in the ratio of 1 part primer to 3 to 10 parts water.

Universal primer for absorbent substrates (lime-cement plasters, gypsum plasters, levelling compounds, drywall, concrete, wood, etc.) that simultaneously improves the properties of concretes and mortars. It penetrates deeply into the primed surface and ensures perfect anchoring of the top layer. Used under dispersion paints and façade paints, for dust-free treatment of concrete, to strengthen and increase the water repellency of the surface.

Example of application procedure for masonry primer:

The product is applied to a dry substrate free of dust and dirt in one or two layers (depending on the absorbency of the substrate) with a time interval of at least 4 hours for drying the primer layer. The top coat can be applied after the primer layer has dried (2 to 4 hours). The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C.

Handling of masonry primer:

While working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with foodstuffs, feed, drinking water, nor for coatings of children's toys and furniture. The product is treated with a biocide.

Storage of universal primer 2802A:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste of the primer:

Dispose of containers with product residues at the location designated by the municipality for collecting other waste. Furthermore, see section 13 of the product safety data sheet.
