SOICRAT antifungal primer V1311S, 1 kg

The SOICRAT antifungal primer V1311S is used to strengthen the substrate, equalize its absorbency and increase the adhesion of the surface before applying coatings on interior plaster or facades, gluing tiles and paving, leveling floors with self-leveling compounds, local repairs of substrate concrete, etc.

It proactively suppresses mold growth thanks to active fungicidal components. Due to fine particles, it penetrates deep into the substrate. Light tinting of the primer facilitates the control of the applied area so that no part remains untreated. Content of active ingredients: 3-iodo-2-propynyl-N-butylcarbamate (ES 259-627-5) 1.2 g/kg of the product.

SOICRAT antifungal primer is suitable for strengthening the substrate, unifying absorbency, and ensuring better adhesion before applying coatings to facades or interior plaster, gluing tiles and paving, leveling floors with self-leveling compounds, or local repairs of substrate concrete, etc. Thanks to active fungicidal components, it proactively limits mold formation.

The light tint of the primer makes it easier to control the applied layer so that no area of the substrate remains untreated.

Dilution of the primer:

• for highly absorbent substrates undiluted
• for absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:0.5 (1 part primer : 0.5 parts water)
• for non-absorbent and low-absorbent substrates diluted up to 1:1 (1 part primer : 1 part water)

Example of the application procedure for primer:

The substrate must be dry, free from dust and dirt. Treat areas affected by mold with the remedial product REMAL Sanal for masonry according to the instructions. Before use, the product must be thoroughly mixed. Apply with a brush or roller in one or two layers, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. The topcoat of paint can be applied after the primer layer dries within 2 to 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25° C.
